Former Palestinian Presidential candidate, Mustafa Barghouti will brief CMEC members on the current situation in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories.

Daniel Seidemann, an Israeli lawyer who specialises in Israeli-Palestine relations, will brief CMEC members on the deteriorating situation in East Jerusalem. Daniel founded the NGO Ir Amim which focuses specifically on the future of Jerusalem within the context of the peace process and calls for safeguards of all holy sites and their historical and cultural heritage.
