CMEC Director Charlotte Leslie introduces the 76th anniversary commemoration of the Nakba from Methodist Central Hall in central London on May 15th 2024.

Contributions can be heard from Bakir Oweida, journalist & Nakba survivor, Aymen Odeh, the Palestinian lawyer & politician, Adnan Joubran, the oud player & composer, Sarah El Agha, the Palestinian/Irish actress and writer,Dr Atef Al Shaer, the Palestinian author, Dr Hassan Abu SIttah, the Palestinian/British surgeon, Rola Azar, the Palestinian artist & singer, The Rt. Hon. Sir Alan Duncan KCMG, the former Minister of State for Europe & North America at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, a recitation of "Gaza's Bell Jar" by Ramzi El Dabbagh, Palestinian working on Palestinian advocacy, Mutaz Azayza, Palestinian photo-journalist, 3 short recitations by Sarah Agha, Mutaz Malhees and Taleen Radwan. The event is concluded by Omar Kamal, the Palestinian singer & composer.
