Simon Penney CMG is former Trade Commissioner for the Middle East and Consul General to Dubai. In 2023 he returned to the Private Sector. Simon Penney has spent the majority of his career in the banking sector in the region, and has lived in the UAE for 17 years. He is Hub-Chair of the Middle East for the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council.
Marcus Booth is a Partner of a leading International law firm in the EMEA Corporate M&A team. He is a Conservative Party Treasurer, and co-chair of the Business and Entrepreneurs Forum of the Conservative Party.
